Our cabins are offered on a long-term basis, month-to-month basis. We ask for first month and security deposit upon acceptance of application by landlord.
Cabin Works is responsible for providing heat to all cabins. All water to the cabins comes from private wells on the property.
Tenants are responsible for arranging to put electricity in their name. Cable, internet and telephone are also the tenants responsibility. Pets are allowed upon approval, but must be kept quiet and restrained according to local laws.
